Installation of Post & Sign

$55.00. Post is a 4” x 4” x 8’ wooden post, painted white. Prices are based on a 6 month lease period. After 6 months a $55 renewal fee will be invoiced if a post is still out in the field automatically via UpSignDown. Sign post will be installed inside the yard at the installers discretion unless otherwise stated in notes or flagged on-site. All riders will be left on site unless requested by the agent to store.

Coverage Area

We currently service all of Rhode Island, as far west to Worcester County in Massachusetts, as far north as Norfolk County in Massachusetts and as far east to Plymouth County in Massachusetts. We currently do not service the following counties: Barnstable, Suffolk, Middlesex & Essex Counties and nothing beyond west past Worcester County. 

Repair/Reset Post

Repair orders due to weather will be a $27.50 charge.

Defaced Panel

We will be glad to replace them, however if we have to go out of our way to replace a panel, there will be a $27.50 charge.

New Agent

We will gladly pick up your signs and riders at no charge the first time. But we would like to pick up at once as many signs and riders as possible to avoid unnecessary trips to your office. We will be glad to store them for future use.

Remove Post from Property

No Charge. Prompt notification of post removal is greatly appreciated. Any post stolen from the property or destroyed will be charged a $75.00 fee to the agent or responsible party. Any agent who moves a post from an old listing to a new listing will either be charged the regular price for that installation or we will remove the post or both. Posts are the assets of Cumberland Sign Shop and are not transferable between houses or agents.

Free storage of real estate signs and riders. We clean and store your signs, name riders and other specialty riders such as arrows, website URL, waterfront, etc. Under Contract, Sale Pending riders are returned to you for future use on a monthly basis.

Billing

Unless prior arrangements were made with your agency and or your team, we will now only do installations on a prepaid basis. To facilitate the process we only accept payments through the Up Sign Down App. We will NEVER ask for your credit card information directly. All processing will be handled directly through the app where is it securely charged.

Installation Time Frame

Place an order online before 3pm (Eastern time) and have your sign installed within three business days following the day you order it. Once the property has sold, place your removal order and we’ll remove the sign within 3 business days, making sure to fill in the hole for safety. All orders placed over the weekend, the 3 business day installation time starts on Monday. Rush orders are available for an additional $50 dollar fee which is installed in one business day. Weather can cause delays on installations, in the event this occurs we will reach out directly. We are also closed all major holidays.
